What you find here is a gathering of class notes taken at a course in Discourse and Text at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2005 held jointly by Dr Begoña Núñez and Dr Soledad Pérez de Ayala. Here you may find the content of the first two weeks of the course.

This document is the second part of the course by Núñez. It's still unedited, but a pretty comprehensive and useful kick-off as an introduction to Discourse and Text. Preliminaries are written in Spanish but the main body of the text is English.

A Semantic Analysis of Cinderella

A Semantic Analysis of Cinderella was contributed by Cristina Cano, Pirjo Sorri and Pablo Roca, three undergraduate students taking Juana María Arrese's course on Semantics. It tries to illustrate semantic concepts through the analysis of a traditional story.
